Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor, is currently searching for a Millwright to report directly to the Plant Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to all health & safety policies and procedures
Perform equipment preventative and reactive maintenance activities
Provide measurable improvements and enhance systems
Plan and perform complex corrective and preventative maintenance on all plant production equipment
Manage the maintenance parts inventory
Optimize and effectively accomplish all work and work orders (from break down to condition based) and lead in the development of rules and controls over the planning and scheduling efforts
Contribute to measurable improvements in scheduled, unscheduled and break down maintenance related down time
Daily completion of all documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
Journeyman Maintenance Millwright or Red Seal
3+ years experience in an industrial maintenance environment
PLC programming/troubleshooting experience an asset
Production/line machine industrial maintenance experience
Work remotely
