Coast Performance Rehabilitation has an exciting opportunity at our North Vancouver location for an experienced Manager to join a team of energetic people who are passionate about providing outstanding service and helping their patients live healthier, active lives. Maintaining daily operations of the clinic and managing the Client Services team are the main duties. Other duties include, but are not limited to: hiring, training, scheduling, daily cash reconciliation/deposits, inventory, and ordering clinic supplies.
To excel in this position, you must possess the experience or ability to provide the following:
- Team management experience for a minimum of 2-5 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, initiative to organize and fine-tune systems.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives.
- Experience and aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and cash sales/reconciliation.
- Must be a team player who thrives in a busy environment where teamwork is essential to the successful flow of the operation.
- Experience managing a team schedule to maximize service volume.
- Continually coach, develop and mentor the Client Service team while monitoring performance to ensure that each team member is providing our clients with exceptional service.
- Hire and train according to business volume requirements.
- Proactively act on any disciplinary issues.
- Experience in a health clinic, spa, or fitness facility will be considered an asset.
- Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset.
- Interest and knowledge of Physiotherapy, Active Rehab, and Massage Therapy.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
