We are looking for an experienced installer to join our team as a lead technician. In addition to taking the lead on projects this person will provide excellent customer service and must take pride in doing quality work.
Previous industry experience is required for this role (minimum 3-5 years), electrical knowledge is an asset as you will be working in the low voltage industry involving access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, IP networks, intercom, duress, and/or structured cabling, AMAG, Milestone, Alarm.com, networking, intrusion systems and integration.
The right candidate will have the following principal duties:
- Lead a team of techs or work independently on projects.
- Install and maintain security systems hardware and software (including running conduit and pulling cabling, programming and calibrating devices and controllers).
- Trouble shoot, identify and resolve problems and provide ongoing training and support for customers and fellow technicians.
- Responsible for ongoing system maintenance and alarm testing and verification.

Qualifications required:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Effective Planning & Problem Solving: Understand project requirements and parameters and determine most cost-effective solutions to deliver.

- Communication: Use common vocabulary to transmit information with consistency and clarity.
