Position Summary:
- Outside Sales Representative including order and delivery management via telephone and email.
- Helps drive account growth and profitability by taking orders, customer service, order entry and delivery scheduling
- Use of phone and email to address and support the needs as they arise.
- Use ERP/CRM software (Sales Force) for order entry
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DRIVING ALL AROUND THE GTA WITH GOOD SENSE OF DIRECTION AND A CLEAN DRIVERS ABSTRACT
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm
- Report to office once a week (Mississauga)
Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.
- Provides support to the office admin through order management activities (delivery driver, off day requests, bill to/ship to), etc.
- Provides support to office admin and management for customer service, orders, credits, submitting request changes, forms, reporting, etc.
- Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc.
- Provides support with promotions and catalogs/flyers.
- Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.
- Provides support to non traditional sales rep through truck load admin support.
- Participates in general sales meetings and promotions.
- Additional Ad hoc requests as required.

- Must have good customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to perform data entry.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
- High organized with a great attention to detail.

- Must be a strategic thinker, inquisitive, innovative, and creative in order to build relationships, network, link resources and apply business practices.
- Excellent computer skills.

- Ability to learn and use outlook, excel and our ERP / CRM System (Salesforce)
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
