Front Desk Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Check patients in and out, and collect payments
- Maintain patient electronic records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical, chiropractic, naturopathic or dental office is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using electronic patient management software for scheduling and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
