About the Role
Compuzonic is looking for an experienced and reliable Computer & Phone Repair Technician to work on-site at our office on a part-time subcontract basis. You'll be the go-to person for device repairs and will represent Compuzonic's standard of service directly at the client location.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing laptops and desktop computers (hardware & software)
- Repairing smartphones — iPhone (Apple) and Android devices
- Handling general device troubleshooting and maintenance as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience repairing laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Strong customer communication skills — able to explain issues and updates clearly to non-technical users
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working independently on-site
- Reliable, professional, and able to manage repair tickets or walk-ins
- Apple/iPhone repair experience is a strong asset
