We are looking for a Fleet Operations Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of their work. We are looking for a person who can bring a fresh perspective and contribute to improving the way we operate.
Previous experience in trucking or dispatch is not required. We will train you on our systems, processes, and the transportation industry. However, we are looking for someone with previous professional work experience who is comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Communicating with drivers and supporting daily fleet operations.
- Assisting with dispatch and monitoring ongoing trips and deliveries.
- Managing multiple operational priorities throughout the day.
- Resolving day-to-day issues and coordinating solutions.
- Working with internal systems and transportation management tools.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
