Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with employment standards and labor laws
Maintain employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files accurately
Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions
Coordinate training programs, safety initiatives, and employee development activities
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with internal teams
Participate in health & safety programs and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics tracking
Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR and plant operations
