Job Summary
Part-Time Airbnb Cleaner — Niagara Region MASA Solutions Group is looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners based in the Niagara area to service Airbnb properties. Flexible hours based on guest checkouts. Must be available on short notice. Experience preferred but not required — we will train. Competitive pay. Must have own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Perform full turnover cleans of Airbnb properties between guest checkouts and check-ins, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas
- Strip and remake all beds to hotel standard — hospital corners, wrinkle-free, symmetrical presentation
- Wash, dry, and fold all linens and towels — sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats
- Clean and sanitize all bathrooms — toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and floors
- Clean kitchen thoroughly — countertops, stovetop, microwave, appliances, dishes, and floors
- Dust, wipe, and disinfect all surfaces throughout the property
- Vacuum and mop all floors including bedrooms, common areas, and hallways
- Restock guest essentials — toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, and any provided supplies
- Empty and reline all waste bins throughout the property
- Take before and after photos of every clean and submit to management via WhatsApp
- Report any property damage, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately
- Ensure property is fully secured — all windows and doors locked — before departing
- Complete all tasks within the assigned time window to meet guest check-in deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new hires
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation is preferred for shift flexibility
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
