Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Physiotherapist to join the Rehabilitation Services team with Sunshine Coast Home Care Services.
The Patient Population
As a Physiotherapist with the Sunshine Coast Home Care Services Team, you will support homebound clients e.g. post hospitalization after surgery (trauma and elective) or other medical conditions; clients at risk and who have already fallen; and client's with development disabilities.
The Nature of your Work
You will be assessing and treating clients in their own homes and community living facilities with home safety assessments, equipment recommendations and exercise programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience
Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC).
Two years’ recent, related experience in home & community care.
Valid BC Driver’s License & access to a personal vehicle required for local travel.
The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
