Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Bartender/Barista to join our team. As a Bartender/Barista, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and cocktails according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on menu offerings and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for coffee/tea and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques is highly desirable.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
