Mortgage Lead Generation Representative
Job Description
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to help generate mortgage leads and referrals.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with people, enjoys networking, and wants to earn commission-based income. You will help identify people who may be looking to buy a home, refinance their mortgage, renew their mortgage, or explore better financing options.
You may generate leads through networking, social media, community outreach, phone calls, local events, and in-person conversations.
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients interested in mortgage services
Speak with homeowners, buyers, and community members professionally
Collect basic client information and referral details
Refer qualified leads to a licensed mortgage broker
Follow up with prospects in a respectful and professional manner
Represent the business with honesty and professionalism
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Professional attitude
Comfortable speaking with new people
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Sales, customer service, or real estate experience is an asset but not required
Must be reliable and respectful with client information
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity. Compensation is paid for qualified referrals and/or successfully closed mortgage files.
High performers may have the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on lead volume and closed deals.
