To support its growth and expansion, SSM is looking to add a Product Manager to the team.
Essential Functions:
The role of the Product Manager is to manage the customer relationship at various levels related to the custom engineered product, more specifically:
- Prepare and issue product quotations, process customer orders, manage system demand dates, and coordinate shipment schedules and factory loading.
- Manage and help prioritize the integration of customer requests into other organizational divisions.
- Facilitate customer visits, product testing, and field visits.
- Support warranty claims both during and after installation.
- Partner with others to identify cost savings initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5+ years’ experience in project management or account management, along with a technical background.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of mechanical / electrical HVAC equipment.
- Superior communication skills.
- CAD experience will be considered an asset.
