* Answer phones, greet customers, respond to e-mails
* Assist real estate brokers and sales secretary: scanning documents, charging brokers expenses
* Assist manager with meetings, organizational schedule, appointments, out of town meetings and travel arrangements using google calendar, power point, excel and word.
* Order and maintain stock
* Fluently bilingual in written and oral
* Must be organized, patient, courteous, helpful and willing to learn.
* To work 3 days a week which includes 2 Saturdays a month
* Must be flexible.
