What You'll Be Doing
As a Cannabis Cultivation Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting the growth and care of cannabis plants from cultivation through harvest.
Responsibilities include:
- Planting, pruning, trimming, and harvesting cannabis plants
- Monitoring plant health and growth conditions
- Assisting with irrigation and watering systems
- Supporting pest management, fertilization, and plant care programs
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Inspecting plants for quality, disease, or deficiencies
- Assisting with moving soil, containers, and harvested materials
- Operating hand tools and assisting with equipment maintenance
- Supporting team members with daily cultivation activities
- Following all quality, safety, and compliance procedures

Requirements
- Ability to pass a Police Clearance
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and heavy lifting
- Reliable transportation to Staples, Ontario
Experience Considered an Asset
- Greenhouse experience
- Cannabis cultivation experience
- Farming or agricultural experience
- Gardening or horticulture experience
- Irrigation systems knowledge
- Mechanical aptitude and hand tool experience
Languages Considered an Asset
