Children’s Party Performer – Actress, Singer & Dancer (Rumi Character)
Locations: Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville), York Region, Peterborough. Looking for multiple performers in multiple areas.

Happy Kids Party Co. is looking for a talented, reliable, and energetic performer to portray Rumi from K-Pop Demon Hunters at birthday parties and community events throughout the Durham Region.
This is a highly performance-focused role. Strong singing ability, confidence dancing, and the ability to convincingly portray the character are essential.
Your Role
- Portray Rumi in full costume and remain in character throughout each event.
- Lead interactive K-Pop-inspired birthday parties for children.
- Sing confidently throughout the performance.
- Teach children simple K-Pop choreography and lead energetic dance activities.
- Create an exciting, engaging, and unforgettable experience where children become active participants rather than simply watching a performance.
- Make every child feel like a superstar.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has a strong singing voice. (Required)
- Is a confident dancer with excellent rhythm and stage presence, or is willing to learn choreography quickly. (Required)
- Can convincingly portray the character of Rumi through performance, costume, wig, makeup, styling, and overall presentation.
- Is outgoing, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Learns choreography quickly and performs with confidence.
- Is punctual, dependable, and professional.
- Holds a valid driver’s licence and has reliable access to a personal vehicle. This is a required part of the role, as performers are responsible for independently travelling to events and transporting costumes and equipment.
- Is comfortable wearing wigs, makeup, and character costumes.
- Is comfortable performing in front of groups of children and adults.
Extra Kudos If You
- Have experience in musical theatre, choir, dance, K-Pop dance, or live performance.
- Have previous experience as a children’s entertainer or character performer.
- Can also provide additional services such as face painting or glitter bar.
