Come work at Coyotes, an open-concept kitchen in the heart of downtown Banff! We're looking for someone to work 2-3 days a week. The shifts currently are approximately 9:30am to approximately 2:00pm. In summer the shifts will be from 8:30am to 12:30pm.
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.
**Responsibilities:**
- Clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Follow sanitation policies in handling and storing food
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
