We are looking for a vibrant and professional individual to join the SQUISH team!

As a customer service representative, you will be on our front lines and will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for social media and the drive to succeed with little supervision, will take pride in helping others, and will become a valued member of an evolving team. You have the unique ability to sound friendly over the phone, in chats and emails You go above and beyond what is expected from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in assisting clients with their inquiries about our products, services and various questions on our social media platforms.
  • Solve client’s inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively as a part of a dynamic team to continuously learn, improve and grow
  • Answer customers comments and questions on our social media platforms. in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Be an expert on our product


  • Must be bilingual, written and spoken
  • Knowledge of the different social media platforms
  • A proven track record of attention to detail and creative problem solving
  • Strong people skills, communication skills and commitment to customer service.
  • The ability to learn new things quickly, adapt to changing environments, and resolve ambiguities through well-thought out decisions and actions.
  • Passion for Enhanced Customer Service
  • An ability to work with various technology, applications or systems all at once
