We offer a competitive split compensation with a monthly cap. Once you hit your monthy cap, you keep 100% of your earnings.
As part of the SMHWC team, you will:
- Provide and deliver Psychological services in accordance with SMHWC policies and professional practice standards.
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for clients of all ages, with a focus on children and special education needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual mental health goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, including thorough client assessments to understand health history, concerns and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Maintain and follow the ethical practices of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills

Pay: $140.00-$300.00 per hour
