Hot Coffee is a vibrant café and play café where families, friends, and coffee lovers come together. We’re dedicated to crafting delicious beverages and treats in a warm, community-focused environment, complete with a kid-friendly play area that keeps our youngest visitors entertained.
Position Overview:
We’re currently hiring part-time /casual baristas to join our team! You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests of all ages. Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso-based beverages
- Handle cash and card transactions carefully
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with restocking and inventory
- Create a friendly, fun atmosphere for all guests, including families with children
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service
Qualifications:
- Previous barista experience is preferred
- ProServe certification is a MUST
- Positive attitude and a passion for coffee and people
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
