Responsibilities
- Assist brokers with processing insurance policies, claims, and documentation efficiently.
- Review and verify policy information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processing procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of insurance processes and procedures.
- Experience with financial documentation, including accounting or investment-related tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance support roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with relevant software applications is an asset.
