Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial electrical work, with a strong understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and low voltage systems. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse renovation and construction projects within a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in residential, commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute electrical installations accurately
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized electrical equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Work on low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and control circuits
- Perform maintenance and upgrades on existing electrical systems during renovation projects
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and electrical codes
- On Call Rotation
Requirements
- Valid Journeyperson Electrician license or certification
- Experience in construction, renovation, or industrial environments is highly desirable
- Troubleshooting experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
