Reporting to the Director of Finance and Sales Director, the ERP Systems Administrator will provide day-to-day administration and support of the company's ERP systems (Salesforce, Sage, etc.). The candidate will also participate in planning, deployment, and support of all ERP related initiatives.

The day-to-day:
Work within a team environment, responsible for the administration, maintenance, and updates to the core ERP and related systems.
Collaborate with IT, Sales and Finance to design, test and implement various company initiatives.
Understand the Business processes, regardless of whether the process falls into Finance, Manufacturing or Distribution and customized the system(s) to fit the organization's processes.
Gather user requirements, design, configure, test and implement ERP/CRM systems and applications.
Development of reporting and analytics to obtain Real-Time visibility on KPI's
Stay up to date and partner with their ERP System provider by attending user days, conferences and taking part in online forums.
Documentation and communication of Technical information to non-Technical people.
Initiate improvement project(s) and see it/them through to fruition.
Evaluate & implement new ERP system

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in administration of ERP systems (including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting) – Salesforce, Sage, etc.
Experience with data extraction and migration
A fundamental understanding of accounting procedures
Creativity in identifying complex problems and finding solutions quickly and accurately.
Ability to work as a liaison between all departments

PRINCE2 Certification
