Level 2 Cleaner (Experienced / Specialist Cleaner):

Reports To: Operations Manager
Position OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled and reliable Level 2 Cleaner to perform advanced cleaning tasks (primarily interior/exterior window cleaning) and help support and guide junior staff. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in high standards, can work independently, and is comfortable stepping into a leadership role when needed.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain and Service Existing Window Cleaning Clientelle
- Perform specialized and detailed cleaning tasks, including:
- • Floor stripping and refinishing
- Deep cleaning projects
- Elevated cleaning at heights over 10 feet
- Operate advanced cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Support Level 1 Cleaners by act as Team Leader on-site when a Team Leader is not present
- Monitor cleaning quality and proactively suggest improvements
- Communicate regularly with the Team Leader
Qualifications & Experience• Proven professional cleaning experience (commercial or industrial preferred)
- Experience with specialized cleaning techniques and equipment
- Comfortable working at heights and with physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support others
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
