As an Agency Support Agent (Saint-Laurent, Montréal), you will be at the heart of our Career Agencies’ mission.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and support clients and members of the sales force, both in person and over the phone, by providing professional and courteous service
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Services Centre, directing requests to the appropriate specialists when required
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, including advisor onboarding, contracting, integration, and offboarding activities
- Support the Agency Director in organizing activities, managing schedules, preparing meetings, compiling reports, and implementing new administrative processes
- Contribute positively to agency operations by assisting with facilities management, mail handling, office supplies, and documenting processes and tasks related to agency activities

- Is recognized for delivering exceptional customer service and understanding the needs of clients and the sales force
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a proactive mindset, high motivation, and a positive team-oriented attitude
- Shows autonomy, attention to detail, and adaptability in a changing environment
- Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
- Possesses advanced English proficiency, as the role requires regular interaction with English-speaking internal and external partners
- Possesses excellent French language skills (spoken and written), which are mandatory for this position
