Webster's Windows is a fast-growing exterior home services company specializing in:
- Residential Window Cleaning
- Gutter Cleaning
We're based in Montreal and expanding fast, with active operations in Quebec, Ontario, and Florida. Vaughan is our newest market, which means the people who start here get first shot at leadership as we grow.
The Role
We're hiring technicians for residential and commercial window cleaning and exterior services.
This is outdoor, physical work.
Most work is done from the ground with professional equipment. Occasional ladder work is required, but not on every job.
Performance & Pay
Pay is performance-based. We track two KPIs:
- Revenue per labour hour (speed and efficiency)
- Customer satisfaction / callback rate (quality)
Higher efficiency + high quality = higher pay.
Compensation
- Starting pay around $22/hour
- Performance bonuses tied to efficiency
- Average technician earns ~$30/hour
- Top technicians earn up to $40/hour
- 100% of customer tips
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Review jobs and routes for the day
- Arrive prepared with proper equipment
- Communicate ETAs and expectations with customers
- Travel safely and efficiently between jobs
- Execute high-quality window and gutter cleaning using proper safety techniques
- Perform detailed touch-ups and a final walk-around
- Communicate results and feedback to customers
- Maintain equipment and keep your vehicle clean and organized
