Job Title: Supply Chain Compliance Analyst
Location: Loblaw Head Office: 1 President’s Choice Circle, Brampton, Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to Replenishment, Transportation and Category teams in the form of Vendor Compliance summaries, Service Level impact analyses, metrics on effectiveness of Compliance Programs and vendor performance as well as guidance on Compliance related issues internally and to the vendors.
Maintain accurate Compliance data of vendor and carrier lists to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
Review vendor and carrier compliance penalty claims, involve key stakeholders to reach resolution.
Assist with Carrier pricing compliance data entry into various data bases enabling weekly metric reporting
Assist with preparation of the Fill Rate Compliance report: update the list of vendors on Fill Rate Compliance for a particular period; and distribute to SCM’s and Category Managers for review and validation; facilitate timely response across all categories, review and consolidate completed reports to identify valid penalties
Assist with the weekly No Show Report: pull and consolidate DC schedules; consolidate the PO’s recapped as “No Show/Refusal” by DC’s; distribute the report to Replenishment teams for review and validation; facilitate timely response across all categories; review and consolidate completed reports to identify valid penalties
Assist with vendor setup by tracking and ensuring completeness of submitted Vendor Buying Agreements (Supplier Terms and Conditions). Execute appropriate follow up with vendors, Category and Central Data Management team to facilitate vendor setup.
Assist with the ongoing VBA data entry and tracking utilizing Sales Force
Support the operational administration of the LCL Factory Audit and Post Audit Procedure for Audit findings of LCL factories globally. LCL factories are continually audited for Workplace Conditions and Fire and Structural Safety. The resulting audit findings need to be reviewed, assessed and implemented in line with the LCL Corporate Procedure and Risk Ranking Matrix.
Assist with the ongoing Vendor Factory Compliance data entry and tracking utilizing Sales Force
Maintain accurate master files for the transportation rates, SAP ship locations for reporting, Operations, Finance and Program Measurement teams.
Facilitate internal understanding and appropriate application of Compliance Programs. Support the timely updates of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and update/development of Compliance policies as required.
Qualifications:
College or University Degree/Diploma with relevant fields of study in Supply Chain Logistics, Global Business, Industrial Engineer, Economics, Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Compliance or related discipline
Minimum of 1-3 years professional experience working in related field
Experience with SQL, MS Access, SAP, SAS
Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills are required, as well as attention to detail and creative problem solving
