Hours: 9 to 5:30 Monday to Friday Main intersection Avenue Rd and Prince Arthur.
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our Plastic Surgery clinic. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires strong administrative skills, familiarity with medical asset not a must, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Asset if you have Experience with electronic medical records and office management systems is highly valued. The Front Desk Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and supporting patient care.
You will be working with Canada's Top Renowed Surgeon. Clients fly all over Canada and the USA to have work done at this clinic. You must be polished, articulate and comfortable working with a high end client base you are offering White Glove experience.
Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Verify patient information and update electronic medical records accurately using systems such as Epic and Dentrix
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for plastic surgery procedures
- Collect patient information, insurance details, and co-payments; process payments efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk area at all times
- Handle correspondence via email or mail as needed
- Support clinic operations by managing supplies and ensuring office equipment functions properly
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a medical reception a MUST
- 2 + years previous Front Desk Experience
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such asset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently in a busy office setting
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
- Office experience in administrative roles is highly desirable
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
