Duties

- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Help develop marketing materials that effectively promote our products and services.
- Participate in business development initiatives aimed at expanding our market presence.
Skills
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to effectively close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze trends for strategic decision-making.
- Experience or knowledge in technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with account management practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated for outside sales efforts.
- Competence in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
