Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of service. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning using appropriate supplies and equipment
- Laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens upon request
- Organize and declutter spaces to meet client expectations
- If cleaning an Airbnb - restocking supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and requirements
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Proficiency in English is required
- A valid drivers license is required
- A reliable mode of transportation is required
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities are essential
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Experience with laundry services and general household organization is beneficial
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
