Kiwi Collection is looking for a Distribution Coordinator to assist in maintaining technical connections with our hotel partners and to ensure that our customers have access to the best rates and availability.
Our ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of hotel reservation systems and operations, a drive to maintain positive relationships with hotel and technology partners, strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn more about hotel distribution technologies, and must be able to effectively review, analyze, and action data.

Job Description:
The Distribution Coordinator’s primary focus will be on maintaining and monitoring connectivity and quality of live rates and availability between hotel partners and Kiwi Collection.
This fast paced, detail-oriented position will have the following responsibilities:
- Rate Parity – Consistently look at competitive rates and ensure that Kiwi Collection has rate parity with partner sites
- Rate Availability – Monitor rate availability and ensure program and promotional rate accuracy
- Special Offers – Work with marketing team and hotels to build special offers and ensure that they are bookable
- New Property Onboarding – Assist with the connectivity and rate setup of new properties joining our program
- Relationships – Develop rapport with hotel partners and connectivity providers. Demonstrate teamwork with internal sales, reservations, marketing, and development teams
- Product / Service Refinement – Assist in troubleshooting any issues that would hamper sales including internal technology, partner system issues, and hotel connections
- Other duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Interest in the luxury travel industry
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills representative of a high-end, luxury company
- Experience in reviewing and actioning data
- Detail oriented, self-directed, with a customer service mentality
- Proven success working in a fast-paced environment with ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency using computer programs including Microsoft Office applications (Salesforce and Content Management Systems are a bonus)
- Open to learning and adapting to changing requirements and systems
- Possesses a desire to learn to interpret basic XML travel industry code to assist troubleshooting interface issues between PMS, CRS, GDS/IDS systems, and Kiwi Collection systems.
- Candidate will have 1+ year of experience using hotel technology (PMS, CRS, or GDS systems) and understanding of hotel reservations and revenue management practices.
Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
