Lollypop Children's Wear Co manufacturing garments, seeking candidates for front desk clerk who are serious and motivated to work must be bilingual.

Responsibilities and qualification:

  • Managing phone calls, Greeting visitors and direct them to the appropriate person to their offices.
  • Must be bilingual able to communicate ( written & verbal) in French and English
  • Collect and sort invoices and checks
  • Computer literacy: Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Excelknowledge is must andOutlook)
  • Keep a thorough record of all company charges, as well as any refunds that have been issued
  • Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part
  • Key in or type up documentary or items that the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records
  • Match work orders to invoices
  • Process invoices/bills so that they can be paid
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail
  • Schedule all outgoing couriers (FedEx, DHL,UPS)
  • Perform other administrative tasks as requested
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping - (Quick-books)
