The ideal hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

As our Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our management and Lead Administrator to keep the office organized and our Sales Representatives supported. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Front-of-House & Client Support: Being a welcoming face and voice for our office—answering phone calls, greeting clients, and directing inquiries with professionalism.
- Listing & Transaction Assistance: Helping prepare real estate forms, uploading listings to the MLS system, and ensuring deal files are organized, accurate, and complete.
- Showing & Schedule Coordination: Managing the showing appointment process, confirming schedules, and routing essential paperwork to agents, brokerages, and lawyers.
- General Office Support: Keeping the office tidy, ensuring supplies are stocked, assisting with meeting preparation, and handling digital filing and data entry.
What You Bring to the Table
- Tech Savvy: You navigate computers, software, and systems with ease. (Familiarity with MLS, webforms, or real estate tech is a great asset, but not required!)
- Organizational Mastery: You can easily prioritize tasks, manage your part-time hours efficiently, and pivot between projects without losing focus.
