ART OF BARBER is a traditional Barber House with a modern edge in the heart of downtown Uxbridge. We are built on core fundamentals: clean technique, high standards, and genuine hospitality.
Following a strong opening and rapid community response, our chairs are filling up fast. We are expanding our team with an experienced, dedicated barber who wants to build a consistent clientele and take pride in their craft.
The Role & What We’re Looking For
First and foremost, you know your way around a chair and can execute consistently across different hair types and styles.
- Haircutting Mastery: Clean classic cuts, tight fades, skin fades, and scissor-over-comb / clipper-over-comb work.
- Beard Care & Detailing: Precision beard shaping, line-ups, and straight-razor finishes. Hot-towel shave experience is a major asset.
- Client Consultation: Strong communication skills to understand client goals, recommend styling products, and provide a polished finish.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years behind the chair preferred, with a portfolio demonstrating versatile technical ability.
