Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems (including central AC, furnaces, boilers, ductless units, and hydronics).
- Perform precision seasonal maintenance, efficiency adjustments, and warranty services.
- Provide clear, transparent options to homeowners regarding system performance and longevity.
- Maintain safety and compliance standards in alignment with TSSA and OHSA regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with our dispatch and service management teams using digital work orders.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Ontario 313D License (Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic) and Gas Technician 2 (G2) certification are mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of dedicated residential service and troubleshooting experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong ability to read electrical schematics, diagnose complex mechanical faults, and handle refrigerants safely.
- Requirements: Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, structural organization, and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and internal staff.
