Progressive Steps Training & Consultation Inc. (PSTC) is seeking a passionate Supervised ABA Therapist to serve clients in across Durham region AND at Progressive Life Centre in Ajax.

Founded with inspiration from personal experience with developmental disabilities and autism, PSTC provides fun, safe, ethical, and effective ABA services for individuals aged 6+ with autism and developmental disabilities. Schedule: After school/evening availability (4pm-8pm) plus some Saturdays required. This would start as part time (minimum 15-hours per week) with the hope of increasing to full-time hours.
What You'll Do:
- Implement 1:1 ABA services in homes and at our Progressive Life Centre
- Facilitate engaging group programs for children, teens, and adults
- Participate in behavioural assessments and intervention planning
- Conduct assessments using tools like ABLLS, VB-MAPP, EFL, AFLS, and PEAK
- Collaborate with our supportive multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to program development and data analysis

Required Qualifications:
- College diploma or undergraduate degree in Behaviour Science, ABA, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years ABA implementation experience
- Valid First Aid & CPR training
- Current Police Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with teens/adults with ASD preferred
