Job Overview
Bobcat of Hamilton is hiring! We are currently seeking applications for the position of Road Service Advisor for our Bobcat team. The ideal candidate must have a commitment to customer service excellence, can adapt to a fluid, fast paced work environment and have a demonstrated ability to be a team player. It is imperative that you be self-motivated and possess a positive outlook.
Main Duties (not limited to)
- Scheduling service calls for an extensive and eclectic client list.
- Liaising with service technicians to monitor the progress of repairs and maintain direct contact with customers in the event of any challenges that may arise.
- Ensure emails, phone inquiries and messages are responded to in a prompt and professional manner.
- Possess the capacity to communicate technical information to customers in an understandable manner.
- Open and close work orders and ensure their accuracy.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of construction/landscaping equipment is a requirement.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract
- Minimum OSSD or equivalent (GED). Technical certification from a recognized post-secondary institution would be an asset
- Proven track record of effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to undertake necessary training requirements
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 A.M. to 4 P.M.

Compensation:
Bobcat of Hamilton offers a competitive benefits package and compensation will be based on experience.
