Support data set up for all new materials.
Constant monitoring, maintenance and complete accuracy of all Supply critical fields within all data systems related to materials for which the Materials Scheduler is responsible.
Collaborate with the Production Schedule to ensure availability of materials as required.
Execution of an incoming delivery scripted week to supply the Production Fixed Frequency Repeating Schedule (FFRS) with any components required.
To run the performance management process for incoming materials deliveries for Mississauga Site.
Key Site contact for all Vendor deliveries associated with work centres being managed.
Measurement of supplier performance in various KPIs through performance management.
Responsible for accurate inventory management aligned with Global policies and Site targets.
Identification and mitigation of stock at risk and working with key support functions in processing any inventory write off requests

University or College degree in Business or Supply Chain
2+ years of job-related experience
Working knowledge of SAP (MERP) or similar software
Advanced excel skills
Strong analytical skills
Well-developed influencing skills
Strong communication skills

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
Certified in APICS would be an asset
