We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including siding, carpentry, roofing repairs, concrete repairs and painting tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders efficiently.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and any necessary follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks, carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, flooring, drywall, are required
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory we require a clean abstract, Van provided to take home
