Stepping Stones Therapy is looking for Behaviour Interventionists!
This role is perfect for students, we will work around your school schedule!

Many of our BIs go on to careers in Behaviour Consulting, Speech Language Pathology, Social Work and other related fields. Stepping Stones is here to help you with your career progression, just like you’ll help the kids!
We are looking for BIs that can work 12-5:30pm especially!
Behaviour Interventionists will:
- Gain valuable experience working with kids with special needs
- Receive paid training, ongoing support and skills development
- Have a flexible schedule (perfect for students!)
- Have fun, compassionate coworkers
- Make a real difference in the lives of many children and their families
Requirements:
- Some experience working with children with diverse abilities
- Education in a related field (psychology, child and youth care, education etc.)
- Valid First Aid certification
- Driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Willing to obtain a current criminal record check
