Chef Alex Guido is looking for a line cook with at least two years of experience that can step into full-time line cook position. A skills assessment will be part of the interview process.
- Maintain food safety standards
- Prepare and execute dishes to the chef's standard
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Execute daily food preparation or task list
- Clean and inspect the kitchen, coolers, and all work areas to ensure high levels of cleanliness

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
