Job Brief:
We are looking for a sensor operator to accompany drone pilots in the field and conduct service work for our clients ranging from inspection, surveying, mapping, photography, video and R&D activities. You will operate the payload being carried by the drone platform being used for the job. In addition to these duties, preferred candidates will have experience in post-processing software such as Pix4D and Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with GIS and mapping processes, and experience or interest in the commercial drone market.
Qualifications:
3-5 Years Professional work Experience
G2 or greater driver's license
Ideally experienced with drone sensor operations, camera proficiency, remote sensing applications
Highly creative and willing to contribute to team discussions, collaboration and design direction
Competencies:
Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom and Premiere
Must maintain knowledge of current GIS best practices and technology
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytic skills
Strong multitasking skills and be able to work under tight deadlines
Time management; ability to adhere to deadlines
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Detail oriented
Creative thinker
