Parkway Ford is currently seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.
Purpose/Summary of Position:
This position is an entry level position perfect for someone considering a career in Automotive Customer Service or Administration. This individual will be responsible for learning our internal service business. Working with the vehicle sales departments and our service team we will train the successful candidate to write repair orders for used vehicle reconditioning, new and used vehicle deliveries, detailing and more.
As experience is gained, the successful candidate will work towards being customer facing and learning more of the duties and responsibilities shared by our Service Advisor team.

Candidates must possess:
Valid driver’s license

Previous Retail/Customer Service a definite asset
