Salon Administrator & Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced beauty environment, loves working with people, and is excited to contribute to the growth and success of a luxury salon. As the face of Gossips Beauty, you will play a key role in client experience, daily operations, social media management, team support, and business growth.
This is a part-time role focused on evenings and weekends only.
What You'll Do
- Warmly welcome clients and create an exceptional first impression
- Manage bookings, phone calls, emails, text messages, and appointment flow
- Ensure seamless client check-ins and check-outs
- Maintain a polished, organized, and client-ready salon environment
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments, rebooking, and retention initiatives
- Monitor daily schedules and support efficient salon operations
- Support inventory management and administrative tasks
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content across salon platforms
- Capture photo and video content within the salon, including services, client results, team culture, and promotions
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, social media growth, and salon performance
- Support the team in delivering an elevated luxury beauty experience
You Are

- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicating with clients in person and over the phone
- Creative and comfortable producing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and luxury client experiences
- Experienced in administration, front desk, hospitality, beauty, or luxury service environments (preferred)
- Comfortable using social media tools, Canva, and basic content creation apps
