As an Inbound Call Centre Representative in our Grenville Contact Centre you will be responsible for understanding the financial needs of our members and providing an exceptional member experience through both the telephone and email service delivery channels. We’re looking for someone who can “smile through the phone” and provide friendly, knowledgeable and timely service to members. You will be a trusted front-line expert who is empowered to make service decisions, provide information and solutions to existing and potential members.
Respond professionally to telephone/email inquiries, and provide information on Rapport's full range of products and services to member and non-members.
Quickly build rapport with members and non-members through active listening in order to identify needs, understand concerns and provide helpful information.
Accurately process transactions on member accounts within authorized limits.
Meeting and exceeding service targets by understanding member needs and offering first call resolution of any issues.
Providing an exceptional member experience on every call and where possible exceeding our member and non-member service expectations.
Post-secondary diploma, degree and/or certification in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum two years (2) years’ experience working in a Call Centre environment within a financial institution preferred.
Superior verbal communication skills, excellent written and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
Self-motivated, energetic and team player.
