Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier/Grocery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting shoppers in finding products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong retail sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Stocking Shelves.
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and checkout areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Cashiering duties.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50lb.
- Must be able to be on your feet all day.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must speak fluent English.
