Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations with accountability for safe material handling, order accuracy, inventory movement, staging, loading and unloading, and overall warehouse organization. This role works across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping functions to help ensure customer requirements are met, operational standards are followed, and daily workflow is completed efficiently while contributing to a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, unloading, and shipping activities
- Handle products safely and efficiently using approved equipment, processes, and safe work practices while following company policies and procedures
- Accurately pick, prepare, stage, and load customer orders to meet shipment priorities, quality standards, and on-time service requirements
- Assist with inbound freight by unloading shipments, verifying quantities and condition, and moving inventory to assigned storage locations
- Use scanners, warehouse systems, and shipping documentation to complete transactions accurately, identify discrepancies, and report issues to supervision
- Maintain warehouse organization, housekeeping, inventory support, and teamwork to achieve daily productivity and operational goals
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: worked in a warehouse setting with both manual handling (dollies) and pallet jacks
· Forklift licence is preferred
- Education: High school diploma required
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using MS Office and logistics / transportation management systems
- Problem Solving: Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and resolve issues quickly
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carrier operations and transportation regulations
