RGE RD is Hiring Front of House Staff
Award winning restaurant, RGE RD is looking to grow our Front of House team. We are looking for hospitality professionals to advance with us over long term employment. RGE RD Restaurant has established deep roots in Edmonton and is a mainstay among the top restaurants in the city. Adaptability within our staff is a must! Our menu is constantly changing with local product availability, as are our wine pairings. The entire FOH team is fully cross trained in all roles of service and should be able to step into any situation required.
Bartender

Must have knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages

Current Pro-serve certification

Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Ability to multi-task, serve food, mix cocktails, make coffees, communicate menu details and nightly features.

Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, product rotation, ordering, etc.

Highly organized, presentable, positive and professional

Ability to lift 15 kg

Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hour shifts

Availability for evening and weekends is a must

2 years FOH experience (preferably fine dining)
