Cascade Capital Machine is hiring field service technicians! CCM is the sales and service team for Accurpress and Accurshear products, as well as Messer Plasma Tables, Scotchman Ironworkers, New Tech Roof Panel machines, Davi Plate Rolls, Hydmech Saws and many other sheet metal processing equipment. Applicants for the position of service technician must have experience working with electrical diagnosis, and/or repairing industrial metal processing equipment or similar.
Duties include, but are not limited too:
-Installation and training on the use of our equipment
- Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Assemble and disassemble equipment components as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of equipment as required
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction -electrical and hydraulic repairs on various pieces of equipment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory

- Proven experience as a Industrial Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and repair equipment components
- Capable of performing heavy lifting of 50lbs or more and physical tasks as required
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records
