Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining the highest service standards.
- Recommend menu items, daily features, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations and dining areas.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Follow all company policies and health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant is required.
- Valid Smart Serve certification is required.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using a POS system.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
